Colliers ABR Negotiates New 10-Year Lease of 15,000 Square Feet for Excelled Leather/ Reilly Olmes
NEW YORK, March 18, 2008- Colliers ABR, Inc., a leading full service commercial real estate services firm, announced today that Excelled Leather/Reilly Olmes, a leather and fabric outerwear manufacturer, has leased 15,000 square feet at 1400 Broadway, to combine several locations into one modern design, office and showroom space.
Excelled Leather/Reilly Olmes headquartered in Manhattan, has been designing and manufacturing leather and fabric outerwear for 80 years.
The company will occupy the entire 31st floor at 1400 Broadway which has fantastic views of Manhattan.
Philip Proetto of Colliers ABR, represented Excelled Leather and the Reilly Olmes Brand in the transaction. The landlord, 1400 Broadway, a WM Properties building, was represented by Newmark.
