NEW YORK, September 9, 2009- Colliers ABR, Inc., a leading full service commercial real estate service firm, announced today that Eric J. Mockler has joined the firm as a Senior Managing Director.  In this role, Eric will be responsible for the overall leadership and direction of the Real Estate/Property Management Services Division in the Metro New York area.

Eric previously served as Vice President and General Manager for the Real Estate Services-Americas  for Johnson Controls, Inc., Global Workplace Solutions, where he held operational responsibility of integrated Real Estate Services, and for all new strategic business development and client relationship management.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Connecticut in Economics.  Eric is an active member of CoreNet Global, The Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY) and The Urban Land Institute (ULI).
