NEW YORK, July 7, 2009- Colliers ABR, Inc. a leading full service commercial real estate services firm, announced today that Levin Capital Strategies, LP, an investment advisory firm, renewed and expanded its lease at 595 Madison Avenue, a Vornado Realty Trust property, covering 18,967 square feet on the 16th and 17th floors.
“Levin Capital Strategies had many options but ultimately chose to renew and expand in a great location with a great landlord,” said David L. Hoffman, Jr., Executive Managing Director/Principal at Colliers ABR.
Mr. Hoffman at Colliers ABR represented Levin Capital Strategies in the transaction. Vornado Realty Trust, owner of the building was represented by Glen J. Weiss, Senior Vice President, Leasing and Ronald T. Lo Russo, Vice President, Leasing.
