CABR was founded in 1978 as a full service real estate firm headquartered in New York City. In April 1994, the firm expanded through of its acquisition of the brokerage and management divisions of Koeppel Tener Riguardi Inc. The firm operates in New York City, Westchester County, New Jersey, and Fairfield County, Connecticut. Globally, CABR provides national and international coverage through its partnership in Colliers International, the largest commercial real estate group in the world.
