Colliers Houston & Co. has been selected to provide management services for over 1.95 million-square-feet of retail and industrial space contained within Panattoni Development Companies’ Tri-State portfolio. This assignment is part of the 18-million-square-foot bid that Colliers International was recently awarded, which spans across ten major U.S. markets for Panattoni Development, a privately held, full-service development company founded in 1986. David Violette, Vice President at Colliers Houston & Co., will be spearheading this assignment.

Colliers Houston & Co. is currently managing the following Panattoni properties located within the New York and New Jersey Markets:
8001-8003 Industrial Highway – Carteret, NJ: Located at i-Port 12 in Carteret, these two premier speculative buildings are part of a 1.26 million-square-foot Brownfield redevelopment project launched by Panattoni in 2006. Constructed in 2007, the single level facilities consist of 1,064,615 SF and 200,218 SF of industrial space respectively and are situated at Interchange 12 of the New Jersey Turnpike. Conveniently located less than 10 miles from the Port of Newark/Elizabeth and the Newark Liberty Airport, this property is within close proximity to abundant labor and excellent access to transportation and major highways on the Northeast Corridor.
290 and 260 Ballard Road – Middletown, NY: Located in Middletown, off of interchange I-84 and Route 17, these industrial/warehouse properties stand at 522,531 SF and 173,057 SF respectively and span across 94± acres, which is capable of supporting expansion of existing complex or additional construction. Located less than 18 miles from Stewart International Airport, one of the largest airports in the U.S. and primary driver of regional economy, this complex provides easy access to major regional transportation arteries and is approximately 20 miles West of Newburgh Beacon Bridge, a major Hudson River Crossing.
Overall, Colliers International will provide management services to properties owned by Panatonni Development in the following markets: Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Indianapolis, Memphis, Nashville, New Jersey, St. Louis, and Tampa. This represents just under half of Panattoni’s 36 million-square-foot portfolio, which brings Colliers International’s total square feet under management to over 886 million square feet worldwide for all clients.
