APX Relocates to Waterfront Corporate Center, Hoboken
HOBOKEN, NJ – Ned Goldman, Associate Broker, recently represented APX, Inc. in the signing of a lease at Waterfront Corporate Center, Hoboken. The landlord was represented by SJP Properties and CB Richard Ellis. The deal was for 7,200 SF that will serve as the firm’s new corporate headquarters when the company relocates from Santa Clara, CA in February. APX is a leading infrastructure provider for environmental, cap-and-trade, and energy markets and provides consulting services to wholesale power market participants.


W.B. Mason Leases 99,261 SF in South Brunswick
SOUTH BRUNSWICK, NJ - The team of Michael G. Markey, Senior Vice President, Jonathan B. Tesser, Senior Vice President, SIOR, Adam D. Citron, Senior Associate, and Chad Hillyer, Associate, is pleased to announce the leasing of 99,261 SF at 21 Commerce Drive. The owner of the building is SK Properties based in Bridgewater, W.B. Mason, which will use the location as a regional distribution facility, is the largest privately owned office products dealer in the United States.

Permanent Mission of Liechtenstein Acquires Space in Manhattan
NEW YORK, NY – Thomas F. Monahan, Senior Vice President, SIOR, CCIM, recently completed the sale of a suite at 633 Third Avenue. The suite was purchased by the Permanent Mission of Liechtenstein for $4.95 million. The deal was co-brokered with Jonathan Schindler of Colliers ABR.

Man Diesel Expands Its Woodbridge Location
WOODBRIDGE, NJ – Robert A. Casagrande, Senior Associate, recently represented Man Diesel North America, an affiliate of MAN AG, in the expansion of its 35,000 SF lease at 2 Amboy Avenue. The firm, which provides services to the marine diesel industry, will occupy an additional 11,100 SF. Casagrande orchestrated the original deal that brought MAN Diesel to the premises.

Charbonneau Closes 28,000 SF of Office Deals in Princeton Submarket
SOMERSET, NJ – Milt H. Charbonneau, Vice President, SIOR, CCIM, was recently involved in multiple deals in the Princeton Office Submarket which totaled approximately 28,000 SF. At 1200 Lenox Drive in Lawrenceville, which is owned by Brandywine Realty Trust, Charbonneau represented Prometric, Inc.  in a 9,907 SF deal. Charbonneau also brought Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. to the premises in a 5,463-SF deal that was co-brokered with Stan Kurzweil, Senior Vice President, SIOR. The third deal was at 300 Clocktower Drive in Hamilton on behalf of Fruscione, LLC, the landlord of the property. That deal was with Sonepar Management US, Inc. for 12,439 SF.

Hurley Consulting Assocaites Renews at One Main Street
CHATHAM, NJ – Stan Kurzweil, Senior Vice President, SIOR, recently completed a lease renewal for 36,560 SF on behalf of Hurley Consulting Associates. The firm will continue to occupy space at One Main Street in Chatham. Kurzweil has represented Hurley for over fifteen years. During that time he has completed over seven transactions on their behalf.

Supply Networks Signs Lease at 4B Cranberry Road
PARSIPPANY, NJ – Supply Networks, Inc. has signed a long-term deal for 44,220 SF at 4B Cranberry Road. The team of Howard B. Weinberg, Senior Vice President, SIOR, and Matthew C. Turse, Senior Associate, represented both the tenant and the landlord in the deal. Supply Network will be relocating from Fairfield in order to expand. The company will use the location for administrative offices, warehousing, distribution and fabrication of fire sprinkler products and systems.

Multiple Deals Signed at 60 Park Place
NEWARK, NJ – Stan Kurzweil, Senior Vice President, SIOR, has recently completed multiple deals at 60 Park Place,  which is owned by the Berger Organization. Pendo Systems will occupy approximately 6,000 SF at the property, known as the Military Park Building. Doug Bansbach, Senior Vice President, was also involved in the deal. The other transaction brings engineering firm Johnson, Mirmiran & Thompson, Inc. (JMT) to the historic building. JMT, which is exclusively represented by Kurzweil in New Jersey, is a multi-discipline engineering, architectural and informational technology firm with over 700 employees nationwide. Kurzweil has represented that firm in the leasing of 8,500 SF between Newark and 1200 Lenox Drive in Lawrenceville.
