Reckson Associates Realty Corp. presented Frank D. Kobola, CCIM, Colliers Houston & Co. with the “Flex Deal of the Year Award” during their annual holiday gala. Frank was instrumental in leasing 24,000 SF at a Rexcorp building in Rockaway, New Jersey to Snyders of Hanover Distribution Company.
