We are pleased to announce the sale of an 88,435 sq. ft. corporate headquarters facility located at 70 Demarest Drive in Wayne, NJ.

Howard Weinberg, SIOR, Senior Vice President of Colliers Houston & Co. was responsible for closing the sale on behalf of the seller, Wachovia Bank, while SBWE represented the buyer, Electronics Expo, Inc., in this transaction.

“This facility is located in the heart of Passaic County, a centralized location for companies that are looking to reduce overhead costs by relocating to a larger space at a more affordable price that is easy accessibility to the main thoroughfares of the tri-state region,” said Weinberg.

“In this transaction, we were able to attract a buyer that was looking to relocated to a corporate headquarters facility that offered top of the line amenities at a lower, more affordable price point. Ultimately, we were able to reach agreeable terms for both the seller and the buyer, which we were thrilled to be able to achieve on behalf of our client.”

With 30,000 sq. ft. of office area, the building sits on an eight-acre lot that provides parking for 140 cars with additional amenities including 25’ ceiling heights, multiple tailgates and ground level loading.
