After a reorientation on the office market, Adobe Systems has decided not to move from their current location. Adobe has lease approx. 1,000 sqm in office building Europlaza in Amsterdam South-east.

Vescom has sold her textile factory ‘’De Ploeg’’ at the Riethovensedijk 20 in Bergeijk to the residential building corporation Wooninc. in Eindhoven. The building consist about 1.500 sqm office space, 10.000 sqm working space and several empty space.
The location of this building and the architecture which designed by Gerrit Rietveld makes the factory very special. The purchase price amounts to € 4.500.000,00 and Colliers International represented Vescom.
