The Dutch Colliers organization is undergoing considerable change in response to the rapidly changing requirements of its clients. In mid-2006 Colliers NMS in Amsterdam merged with RSP/Schüssel Makelaars in Eindhoven, laying the basis for fast expansion and with the aim of growing to become a national and international one-stop-shop for professional real estate advice.

At present Colliers International (Netherlands) has offices in Amsterdam and Eindhoven, from where we provide local and regional estate agency services. In addition, Colliers has a nationally operating team for valuations, investments and retail.

In the Netherlands, Colliers has grown in a short space of time into one of the leading players in the commercial real estate market.
