NASHVILLE (November 21, 2011) – Landis Properties, LLC of Nashville and Stonehenge Investments of Atlanta have closed on a .74 acre site on Nashville’s Music Row for $1.65 million. Stonehenge plans to build an 86-unit apartment building on the site and construction should begin before the end of the year. The sale represents a boost for Music Row real estate values and will provide a much needed niche for housing options in the Midtown area. NASHVILLE (November 2, 2011) – After serving a one-year term as SIOR’s Vice-President, Terry E. Smith, SIOR, CCIM, Partner of Colliers International in Nashville, TN, was recently elected President-Elect of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR). The induction took place during the SIOR Fall World Conference in Chicago, Illinois in late October.
