Upon contract execution, colliers will accompany the investor and his subcontractors during the on-site inspections as our Client's representative, making it more difficult for the investor to report any unsubstantiated findings in order to potentially lower the sales price.  Colliers works closely with the title company to ensure a timely close of the transaction.
