Preserve at Temple Terrace: Colliers sold this 392-unit multi-family community in Tampa for $26,750,000 to facilitate a Section 1031 exchange.

Fairsted Park: Colliers joint-ventured with an institutional client to convert 46 rental townhomes into condominiums in Nashville. Colliers handled the underwriting, supervised the renovations, marketed and structured the transaction, which sold for $8,700,000.

Mark Twain Village: Colliers brokered the sale of this 251-unit project in St. Louis for $14,285,000.

The Retreat at Champions: Colliers represented both the buyer and the seller in the $28,100,000 sale of this 404-unit Houston multi-family property to facilitate a 1031-exchange need.

Arbors of Carmel: Colliers recently brokered the sale of this 324-unit property north of Indianapolis for $19,400,000.

Villa Serra: Colliers represented both the buyer and the seller in the sale of this 336-unit garden-style complex in Cupertino, California, for $48,750,000.

Summer Winds: This 352-unit apartment complex in Las Vegas was recently sold for $23,650,000.

Ventana: The San Diego and Phoenix offices of Colliers International teamed up to sell this institutionally-owned, Class A apartment property in Scottsdale to a California investor for $26,500,000.

Prairie Springs: This 298-unit complex in Oklahoma City was recently sold by Colliers for $16,250,000.

Lake Ridge: Colliers recently brokered the sale of a 324-unit apartment complex in Folsom, California, for $30,100,000.

Burningham: Colliers brokered the sale of this 324-unit apartment complex in Minneapolis for $16,000,000.
