Maxim Gasiev has been appointed Director of Capital Advisory Department and Retail Property Department. Mr. Gasiev will be in charge of the new Capital Advisory Services development, and will also responsible for supervising  the activity of Retail Property Department regarding the issues of strategic management and relationships with key clients.

Tatyana Klyuchinskaya has been appointed Director of the Retail Property Department. Ms. Klyuchinskaya will be in charge of fieldwork of the Retail Property Department, including attraction of new clients and coordination of all current projects of the Department.

Galina Maliborskaya has been appointed Director of Agency Group of the Retail Property Department. Ms. Maliborskaya will be responsible  for the further development of Agency Group, coordinating  retail lease activity.

Alexander Obukhovsky has been appointed Development Director of the Retail Property Department. Mr. Obukhovsky will be in charge of business development; he will continue promoting Research & Concept Development Group both in Russia and in the CIS as well.

Maxim Gasiev

Director of Capital Advisory Department and Retail Property Department, Colliers International

In 1995 Mr. Gasiev graduated from the Russian State Technology University (MATI) majoring in Physics.

Maxim Gasiev is a well-known market expert with over nine years of professional experience in the field of commercial property.

In 1998 – 2000 Maxim worked as Deputy Administrative Director in “Invest-center”.

From 2000 to 2004 Mr. Gasiev worked at “Daev Plaza” development company first as the Head of Development Department and then as Deputy General Director.

In February 2004 Mr. Gasiev joined Colliers International as Director of Retail Property Department, In January 2007 he was promoted to the position of the Regional Director of Retail Property Department (Russia and Ukraine).

Mr. Gasiev notes: «Difficulties in financial market are connected with the commercial property market development in Russia and the CIS. On the one hand, cost and difficulty of debt financing receipt have increased substantially for last months. On the other hand, commercial property market, especially its retail sector, is far from demand saturation and there is a high lack of high class investment projects.  Such a situation creates the investment activity increase in the market; this especially concerns development projects being planned or projects under construction. I think that my knowledge and experience in commercial property market make it possible to propose our clients the wide range of services: from concept development to refinancing or investment sale of a project after its implementation».

Tatyana Klyuchinskaya

Director of the Retail Property Department, Colliers International

In 1994 Ms. Klyuchinskaya graduated from Moscow State Academy of Chemical Engineering. In 2001 she graduated from Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics (second higher education), and completed Ph.D. thesis “Economy and management of national economy”.

In April 2006 Tatyana joined Colliers International as Deputy Director of the Retail Property Department. Tatyana together with Maxim Gasiev was responsible for business development. As the result Colliers International was involved in the development of the following projects: the shopping and entertainment centers Mall of Russia, t Tverskaya Mall, River Mall, Golden Babylon Rostokino, and others. From 1999 till 2006 Tatyana worked at “Daev Plaza” development company as the Head of Development Department. 

Galina Maliborskaya

Director of Agency Group of the Retail Property Department, Colliers International

Galina graduated from linguistic faculty of University n.a. Shevchenko in 1995, two years later she graduated from economic faculty of Industrial university, Ukraine. In 2003 Galina completed MBA of the Villamet university, USA.

Ms. Maliborskaya joined Colliers International in March 2004. Before joining Moscow office of Colliers International Galina was in charge of retail projects in Ukraine, being Director of Retail Property Department of Colliers International (Ukraine). With her active participation the Company started cooperation with the following large international market players: IKEA, Multi Development, Acteeum/Meinl European Land, EBRD, ECHO Investments, etc. This led to increase of shopping centers portfolio of the company up to 1 million of square meters.

Before joining Colliers International Galina Maliborskaya worked at the position of financial analyst in one of the leading credit unions in Oregon, USA. Galina has over 6 years of professional experience in consulting, obtained in PricewaterhouseCoopers and in International Finance Corporation.

Alexander Obukhovsky

Development Director of the Retail Property Department, Colliers International

Alexander graduated from Department of Physics of Moscow State University in 1995 and gained Master’s Degree at Institute of Nuclear Research of the Academy of Science in 1998.

Alexander joined Colliers International in 2000. He is responsible for managing retail real estate market research and concept development. Among the main projects managed by Alexander are market research and concept development of Golden Babylon (Moscow and Rostov-on-Don), RIO, River Mall, etc. During the last 3 years more than 20 shopping and business centers’ concepts were developed under the guidance of  Alexander.
