Maxim Shakirov was appointed  Regional Director for Warehouse, Land and Industrial Property Department at Colliers International Russia.

Olga Yasko was appointed Regional Director of the Analytical Department at Colliers International Russia.

Mr Shakirov and Ms Yasko will supervise Company’s work in Moscow and St Petersburg.

Maxim Shakirov graduated from Nizhny Novgorod State Linguistic University in 1997. In 2001, he finished his second higher education in the Volga State Technical Institute and in 2002, he finished his post-graduate studies in Nizhny Novgorod State Technical University.

Mr Shakirov joined Colliers International in December 2006, as the Director of the Warehouse, Land and Industrial Property Department. Before this, Mr Shakirov worked in Cushman & Wakefield / Stiles & Riabokobylko in 2005 – 2006; he was also a key account manager at DHL International in 2003-2005 and from 1997 to 2003 he worked in sales and project fields in different companies.

Mr Shakirov has vast experience in developer, investor and tenant strategic consulting, in attracting large international and Russian investors, and also in selection and search for land plots.

Olga Yasko graduated from the Department of Mechanics and Mathematics of the Moscow State University and finished her postgraduate studies at the department (specialization – Mathematics, Applied Mathematics), and also at the New Economic School with a specialization in Economic Theory (Master of Arts in Economics).

Ms Yasko joined the Colliers International team in 2004, and in four years she has risen from a retail market analyst to the Regional Director of the Analytical Department.

Olga Yasko supervises the work of analytical groups dealing with retail, office and industrial properties and takes an active part in conferences and workshops as well as in the work of the Moscow Research Forum. She is also one of the authors of the retail development attractiveness rating of Russian regions.
