FESCO Transport Group, the leading logistics operator, involved in sea shipping and road and rail transportation in Russia and the CIS, has closed a deal with Horus Capital to lease office space in the new Class A business complex LOOTCH. FESCO Group is the first tenant in the new office project by Horus Capital located at 27, Bolshaya Pirogovskaya Street, a historical district of the city. The office space occupied by FESCO will be 8 500 sq. m. The owner was represented by Colliers International, one of the leading real estate consultancies in the Moscow market.
The total area of LOOTCH is approximately 30 000 sq. m. The complex architecture combines elements of historical industry and modern styles. As well as it’s excellent location, LOOTCH has all the advantages of a class A business center: effective open floor plates, modern engineering systems and fit-out materials, unique light design solutions, restaurant, café, multifunctional glass gallery, landscaped gardens within territory, conference rooms and both surface and underground parking providing 300 parking lots. The complex will be ready for fit-out by the 1st quarter of 2008.
The project team of LOOTCH includes Horus Capital as the developer, their office portfolio includes ten projects with a total area of over 350 000 sq. m.; London architectural bureau Buschow Henley as the project architect; SK RIMO as a general constructor; ETC Polsca as a parking consultant; and Colliers International as a leasing agent. The graphic design was created by Smoothe, a London creative agency.
Pavel Barbashev, Marketing Director of Horus Capital, is quite optimistic towards the rest of office space in the complex: “The deal with FESCO closed due to cooperation with our business partner Colliers International proves that the project is attractive to large companies. We are to lease out LOOTCH by the end of the year.”
