Leasing campaign for the first building of Class A KHIMKI Business Park is completed. Among the tenants are Ford Motor Company, DHL, IKEA Property, Schuco International Moscau and Renault. Leading commercial real estate consultants Colliers International and Cushman & Wakefield Stiles & Riabokobylko are co-exclusive marketing and leasing agents of the Business Park.
KHIMKI Business Park is located on Leningradskoe shosse, one of the main highways of Moscow and its region, at a short distance from the Sheremetyevo international airport. According to the city reconstruction program there will be at least four traffic lanes in both directions and no traffic lights all along the highway by the year of 2009. That will provide convenient access to KHIMKI Business Park from all parts of Moscow.
KHIMKI Business Park total area (120 000 sq. m.) and flexible construction plan, that provides the development of five more buildings, give its tenants the opportunity to expand their offices within the complex. Besides, the first IKEA office project is based on a unique concept of an innovative business center with a developed infrastructure, including two hotels, aparthotel and congress hall. Landscaped territory with a pond creates favorable conditions for business activity.
KHIMKI Business Park is the first office project in Russia by a well--known Swedish company IKEA. Property management will be also provided by IKEA, which professionalism and proven track record allow to consider the project as a successful one.
The second building of the Business Park is being constructed now. It will be ready for fit-out by the 1st quarter of 2008.
