Mall of Russia, a five-level shopping and entertainment complex, is located in the central part of the Moscow International Business Center, Moscow City. Moscow City is the largest investment business project in Europe that combines the innovation of architecture and multifunctional infrastructure.

The location of Mall of Russia provides easy car access to Moscow’s major highways and thoroughfares – the Third Transport Ring, Kutuzovsky prospect and Noviy Arbat. There are also entrances to the metro stations Delovoy Center and Mezhdunarodnaya inside Mall of Russia. Furthermore, transport terminal will connect this rapidly-developing business nucleus of Moscow, Moscow City with Scheremetievo and Vnukovo airports.

Mall of Russia with total area of 179 000 sq. m, became the largest shopping and entertainment project in the center of Moscow. It will unite the main anchor tenants - professional retailers. The shopping gallery will include more than 400 shops with a wide range of well-known international brands. Some of them are not still presented in Russia.

Mall of Russia will offer many outstanding facilities for leisure: multiplex cinema with 4D and 5D technologies, skating-rink, more than 50 restaurants and cafes. One of the significant feature of the project is a modern concert hall with 5 500 seats.

The project offers a convenient three-level parking with more than 2 700 lots.

The shopping and entertainment center Tverskaya Mall, located close to the metro station Belorusskaya, is the second outstanding project of AFI Development. Totaling 107 000 sq. m. it is being constructed within the Tverskaya Zastava Square reconstruction.

The reconstruction of Tverskaya Zastava Square is a complex multistage project of AFI Development with total area of more than 500 000 sq. m that besides the underground shopping and entertainment center includes the system of traffic junctions near the Belorussky station, apartments and a hotel.

Prestigious location, class A and B business centers, five stars hotels, passenger flows from the metro station Belorusskaya and Belorussky station guarantee the high daily attendance of Tverskaya Mall.

Supermarket Perekriostok and multiplex Luxor are among the first anchor tenants. The shopping gallery will present 180 shops with a wide range of goods to all tastes.

The opening date of new shopping and entertainment centers is scheduled for Q4, 2009.
