Andreas Marambos – Managing Director

Andreas Marambos joined Colliers International in 2007 and is the managing director of Colliers offices in Montenegro and Greece

Mr. Marambos was the managing director of Ster Cinemas in Greece from 2000 to 2007. He started the company from grass roots through to the successful development and operation of six multiplex cinemas in Greece and project managed an additional four European Cinema Multiplex Projects.
Mr. Andreas Marambos has significant retail experience from the South African market.

Philip Bay , Regional Director Southeast Europe,
Member of EMEA Board, Colliers International

Philip Bay founded the company in Bulgaria in 1990 with the ambition of making it the leading real estate services firm in the country. He has led its expansion throughout Southeast Europe, to the point that today Colliers is the unmatched real estate services provider, working with the leading investors in the region. Colliers has established offices in Bulgaria, Serbia, Montenegro, Croatia, Greece, and Albania but has also worked on selected assignments in FYROM, Slovenia and Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Mr. Bay has served as President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Bulgaria, founded the American Chamber of Commerce in FYROM and became a founding member and Second Vice President of the American Chamber of Commerce in then Serbia and Montenegro. In 2008 Mr. Bay was elected President of the American Chamber of Commerce in Albania.

In 2004, Mr. Philip Bay was elected Member of the EMEA Board of Colliers International.

Natalia Kaneva, Regional Operations Director Southeast Europe

Natalia Kaneva is one of the founding members of the company established in 1991 in Bulgaria,. After eight years as a Managing Director of the office in Bulgaria, she was responsible for its regional expansion and the development of Colliers operations in Serbia and Montenegro, and later on in Croatia. Natalia Kaneva has been instrumental in establishing the firm as the leading real estate service provider and is now Regional Operations Director for all company offices in Southeast Europe.

Ms. Kaneva has more than 15 years of real estate experience and has worked with the leading corporate clients and investors in the countries of Southeast Europe. During her time in Belgrade she was elected for Vice President of the Foreign Investors Council and President of its Real Estate and Construction Committee. She is also a founding member of the Foreign Investors Council in Croatia.
