Colliers International Montenegro is the exclusive leasing agent for the Turkish company Gintasmont's Mall of Montenegro project in the Montenegrin capital Podgorica. Gintasmont is sister company of Gintas Group from Turkey.

Mall of Montenegro will become a milestone for the retail life in Podgorica as well as in Montenegro. The impressive building of Mall of Montenegro which is a product of the collaboration of Municipality of Podgorica and Gintas Inc. will be located at the cross-junctions to Bar and Albania.

Gintas constructed the Green Bazaar project in a joint venture with the Municipality of Podgorica and is now adding additioning retail units in the second phase of construction with the third phase of construction featuring office/hotel/retail units.  The second phase will increase the project with a net leaseable area of 2,252 m2, and together with the third phase it will bring an additional 17,000 m2 of net leasable area. The second and the third phase will be opened together in October 2009.

Mall of Montenegro phases will contain:

II phase: cosmetic store, pharmacy, technical store, children, home decor store.

III phase: fashion brands, hyper-market and business hotel.
