Challenge

  • This enormous World War II era defense plant was occupied by the seller, BAE Stystems. The property contained environmental contamination which requires constant monitoring.

Result

  • Mark Kolsrud, CPM, Jeff Patterson, CRE, and Matt Klein of Colliers, represented CDC in the purchase of the property. They communicated the complex environmental situation to the buyer and made them comfortable with the situation.
