Challenge
The Project Team faced extraordinary time pressure to complete a massive 29 site expansion statewide.
Solution
The Colliers project team, comprised of leasing and management, compartmentalized the site identification and lease negotiation processes. Site identification was completed locally from the Minneapolis office. Leases were negotiated and deals signed from a central St. Louis office. Site surveys were filled out by local Colliers agents on a CTMT proprietary digital platform which could be reviewed and scored by H&R Block at their Headquarters.
Results
The collaborative effort of the Colliers team made this expansion possible. The expansion was completed during a 6 month time period and was part of a rapid 600 store nationwide roll-out.
