Engineered Finishing Corporation is a leading provider of surface enhancement, surface treatment, abrasive flow machining, edge control and hand/automated deburring service through out the Midwest. They are also a well-established supplier of related capital equipment and process consumable materials for the precision casting and manufacturing/machining industries—including medical, aerospace, food handling and other industries that require documented and controlled processes. Looking to expand into new space to accommodate their growth, they partnered with Colliers to find the best solution for their real estate needs.

Solution

Through Colliers’ alphaSure™ process, multiple locations where evaluated both land to build and existing facilities. Colliers conducted interviews and evaluated developers for the build to suit option while going down a parallel path with the landlords of multiple existing facilities. By going through the alphaSure process multiple locations met their criteria.
