The Investment Team of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker is organized to provide a broad array of financial services to institutional clients. From the selection process to the review phase, and throughout the holding period, our goal is to maximize the return on the invested capital. Our investment philosophy is based on an intimate familiarity with local market conditions, allowing us to screen projects and ultimately arrive at those candidates most likely to appreciate over a projected time span. Augmenting our in-house staff capabilities, we also draw upon our relationship with our extensive Colliers network involving other real estate professionals throughout the nation and the world.
Through this connection, we have broad outreach to a wide variety of sophisticated real estate investors both domestic and foreign. After the selection process, we believe that maximizing the return requires the coordinated effort of an aggressive leasing program, efficient project management and effective cost controls throughout the holding period. Only by this method can the original exit strategy be implemented and maximum return realized.
