MINNEAPOLIS—(October 28, 2008) — Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (Colliers), a world wide leader in commercial real estate, today announced two significant industrial transactions for the month of October. 

Ronald Scholder, SIOR, a vice president in the Industrial Sales & Leasing division, represented C & GA Partners in the lease renewal and expansion of 20,044 square feet of industrial and office space located at 1600 Broadway in Minneapolis, to Community Involvement Programs for a ten year term.

David Stokes, SIOR, also a vice president in Colliers’ Industrial division, represented Digital Excellence in the sale of its 68,030-square foot industrial building located at 300 York Avenue in St. Paul.  Viking Automatic Sprinkler purchased the building for $1.86 million.  Stokes, along with Len Tosto and Cam McCausland of Colliers International in Detroit, had originally planned to sell the property at auction in June.
