MINNEAPOLIS—(May 5, 2008)—The Minneapolis/St. Paul office of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (Colliers), a world-wide leader of commercial real estate services, today announced that David Stokes, SIOR, of Colliers’ Industrial Sales and Leasing division, along with Len Tosto and Cam McCausland of Colliers International in Detroit, are representing Digital Excellence in the auction of its 68,030-square foot industrial building located at 300 York Avenue in St. Paul.

The current owner originally bought the business that was housed in the building at 300 York and is looking to divest of the real estate.

“The building was listed with another company for more than a year and a half,” said Stokes. “Conducting a commercial real estate auction is a new and different strategy in the Twin Cities, and one we hope will be successful.”

The auction date is set for Tuesday, June 17, 2008 at Noon on the site of the 300 York building. The opening bid is set at $1,650,000, with the buyer also paying a Buyer’s Premium of 8.5 percent of the sale price. The property had recently been listed for $4,300,000. Initial response to the auction has been very positive.
