MINNEAPOLIS—(May 5, 2009)—The Minneapolis/St. Paul office of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker (Colliers), a world-wide leader of commercial real estate services, today announced that the multifamily investment team of Gina Dingman, CCIM and Julie Lux, CCIM has been retained to market Huntington Place Apartments, an 834 unit multifamily project located at 5805 73rd Avenue North in Brooklyn Park, MN.

The Class C asset is in a well-located, first ring suburban Minneapolis location, with close proximity to major interstate systems, shopping, entertainment, and schools.

“The Twin Cities multifamily market is outperforming national markets,” said Dingman, a Vice President in Colliers’ Investment Services division.  “We expect a significant amount of interest in this asset, which boasts an outstanding location and amenities.”

Dingman and Lux recently completed the sales of Riverview at Upper Landing, a 344 unit Class A asset, and Uptown City Apartments in Minneapolis, a 163 unit Class A project, both of which garnered significant interest from investors.
