(Minneapolis, MN) August 10, 2009 – Fifth Street Towers was named The Office Building of the Year (TOBY) Award in June, when the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) selected it for the International TOBY Award in the Over 1Million Square Feet category.

The BOMA awards recognize properties that exemplify superior building quality and management practices. The international award is the highest-level recognition from BOMA, which unveils winners each year at its international conference. The BOMA 2009 International Conference was held in Philadelphia June 28-30.
