Colliers & Industry Colleagues Volunteer With Feed My Starving Children

Spending 2 hours in hairnets has never felt so good. 40 volunteers from Colliers and other industry partners worked to pack more than 16,425 meals, which will feed 45 children in some of the most remote parts of Haiti and other impoverished areas for a whole year.
Hearts & Hammers 2008
Colliers, along with partners from ESG Architects, joined more than 1000 other volunteers to provide exterior home improvements to one of 21 deserving homeowners in the Twin Cities area.
Owners of the Colliers/ESG home, John and his wife Janice have lived in their South Minneapolis residence since the 1970’s. Although 85 and 90 years old, the couple remains active in the community by helping organize the South Minneapolis Meals on Wheels program.
Colliers and ESG worked on John and Janice’s home, focusing on exterior painting and landscaping the yard. There were an estimated 50 people throughout the day that contributed to the home improvement effort.
This was the fifth year that Colliers has participated in the Twin Cities Hearts & Hammers program day.
