Tenant/Buyer Representation
Colliers Barry specializes in tenant and buyer representation assignments for industrial, office and commercial clients. We begin the tenant/buyer representation process by interviewing the key decision makers in our client's organization to determine the type of property they are seeking. Factors such as geographic location, floorplate size, parking ratios, freeway access and many others are included in this analysis. We then identify every property on the market that meets these criteria and, with our client's input, narrow these properties down to the leading candidates. Once the leading candidates have been established, we typically employ the Request for Proposals (RFP) process to elicit the best possible proposal from each finalist. We then assist our clients in choosing among the finalist's proposals and negotiating the final deal.
Site Selection Analysis
Colliers Barry also offers our clients assistance with site selection/analysis. Using various property databases, other sources of information, and each broker's unique market knowledge, Colliers Barry is able to provide clients with vital information to ensure the best choice is made. This includes demographics, traffic counts, property tax trends, etc.
