Colliers Abood Wood-Fay manages over 2 million square feet of office, industrial, and retail property for institutional and private clients throughout South Florida.  Services include asset and property management, facilities management, portfolio management, and construction management.  Our management assignments include multi-building portfolios, office buildings, medical office buildings, shopping centers and industrial parks which include both single and multi-tenant buildings.  Clients include individual owner/users, investors, financial institutions, institutional owners and asset managers.

The Property Management Division is headed by a company officer who is a Certified Property Manager (CPM).  Colliers Abood Wood-Fay is an Accredited Management Organization (AMO), a title bestowed by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM) upon less than 700 property management firms nationwide. The AMO designation is based on a solid foundation of multi-faceted education, a code of ethical standards and expertise in property management. 

At Colliers Abood Wood-Fay Property Management our success is not measured individually, but rather by the contributions of the entire property team.   Some firms gauge success on the types of property managed, or the size of their portfolio.   We gauge our success solely on the satisfaction of our client, no matter how large or what type of property, and the referrals we receive as a result.  We bring our corporate philosophy of a team approach of conducting business to the Property Management division as well.  Property managers, engineering staff, leasing agents, the owner, architects and vendors are all part of the team, each with valuable input. 

We use our experience to create a unique approach to the property, not just reusing the same ideas over and over.   We believe that no two properties are the same.  We get to know each property.  From initial interviews with tenants to detailed property inspections by the takeover team to understanding of the financial and operational goals of the owner, we formulate a plan for the asset that will work. 

While meeting a property’s financial goal is our first priority we still believe in “service with a smile” and find it is a successful tool in today’s business.  We forge good relationships with the tenants; provide conscientious accounting, hands on maintenance and creative solutions to a problem, all in a businesslike but approachable manner.
