Professionals in this Division have received extensive training focusing on office sales and leasing throughout the region. Efforts are concentrated on office buildings, office parks, flex buildings and mixed-use structures and projects. Associates are licensed in the state of Florida, and have also serviced clients nationally either directly or through our Colliers International and Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) relationships.
Our continuous activity in office markets through direct solicitation, media, government and development agencies, and direct mail provides a constant flow of market information and knowledge of market conditions. Information on the pricing of competing buildings is essential in negotiating the best possible transaction. Knowledge of lease terms, operating expenses, floor factors, tenant improvement allowances, and specific building features of competing buildings enables the proper positioning of the represented facility within the market. The strategic development of a strategy for our clients is based on the above information and is required to achieve the timely, and on-budget, goals.
