This Division is responsible for the sale and lease of industrial real estate, including warehousing, distribution, flex and manufacturing facilities, and sites.  Colliers South Florida is the premier team of industrial specialists operating within the tri-county area.  International, national and local companies have benefited from the ability of these professionals to provide well thought out and intuitive strategies and solutions.

Members of the Industrial Division participate in ongoing training.  Junior members work with a Senior member for a considerable period of time before conducting transactions individually.  Their breadth of knowledge spans from complete familiarity with the physical attributes of a building and operating costs, to traditional and Authority sources of financing, to the availability of economic development incentives.  This expertise enables all members to assist a property owner or buyer/tenant through the entire transaction process.
