The Colliers Abood Wood-Fay Lodging and Hospitality Group focuses on the acquisition and disposition of hotel properties throughout the United States with a specialization on properties located on the east coast.
The members of this new specialty group bring a unique understanding of the hospitality industry to their investment sales expertise. Abraham Wien, a Senior Commercial Associate and member of the group, brings 25 years of experience in South Florida real estate development. Prior to joining Colliers Abood Wood-Fay, Mr. Wien was a consultant for Atlantis Group, LLC, a real estate consulting firm that specializes in market research, feasibility studies and site selection for hospitality properties. Formerly, Mr. Wien was a principal of Arriva Development Group, where he was responsible for the architectural and design development of both hotel properties and multi-family rental communities. He is an active member of AHLA (American Hotel & Lodging Association) and ULI (the Urban Land Institute.)
Liran Friedman , an Investment Sales Specialist, specializes in Hotel, Retail and Land Development. On behalf of the Colliers Abood Wood-Fay Lodging and Hospitality Group, he is actively negotiating the sales of several hotel properties in Florida. He is a member of AHLA (American Hotel & Lodging Association) and ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers).
Pamela Rodriguez brings an extensive background in hotel development, ownership and management to the Lodging & Hospitality Group. In a span of five years, Ms. Rodriguez and her husband developed and managed five hotel properties in South Florida. Her ownership interests in the hotels have provided her with access to the industry players at exclusive events including ownership conferences for the major hotel franchises. She understands the requirements of the major franchise flags and can help potential investors appropriately evaluate the risks and rewards of a hotel purchase or land development for hospitality projects. She is an active member of AHLA (American Hotel & Lodging Association) and active in the Women’s Fund of South Florida.
