In its first 45 years, the company, founded in 1946 by Robert Snowden and Russell Wilkinson, operated as Wilkinson & Snowden, Inc. and grew to become an industrial real estate powerhouse in the metro Memphis market.  In 1991, the company affiliated with Colliers International, a global partnership of independently owned commercial real estate firms with affiliates in 267 cities in 57 countries around the globe.  In particular, becoming a part of the Colliers Investment Services Group (CISG) has provided the resources necessary for Colliers Wilkinson Snowden to become a major competitor in the commercial real estate investment arena. 

In 2004, we formed a specialized Management Services Team to provide third-party management/leasing services exclusively for our clients.  Headed by Brad Kornegay, the Management Services Team represents nearly 23 million square feet and is the largest third-party industrial real estate firm in the metro Memphis market.
