For the first 45 years, the company, founded by Robert Snowden and Russell Wilkinson, operated as Wilkinson & Snowden, Inc. and grew to become an industrial real estate powerhouse in the market. In 1991, the company affiliated with Colliers International, a global partnership of independently owned commercial real estate firms, and became Colliers Wilkinson Snowden. In 2004, we formed our specialized asset services team to provide third-party management/leasing services exclusively for our clients. In 2010, the company adopted the Colliers International name as part of a strategic integration into a single, global platform.
