The Bittners Building is an approximately 25,000 square foot mixed use retail/office building located on Highway 22 (Old Brownsboro Road) in Louisville’s East End.  Approximately one year after representing the first speculative office tenant to locate in the Bittners Building, Colliers Harry K. Moore  was selected from competing firms to list the building for lease.

Challenges
