- Managed a sales office retail program of 272 offices in North America for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company.  Average office size 1,000 SF, 50 leases per year

- Lease of 900 SF location for Driven Automotive, Inc.

- Represented private individual in purchase of 3,800 SF commercial building on Eastern Parkway

- Sold 2901 South Fourth Street, 4,800 SF retail building, dual agent

- Lease of 4,500 SF office space in Bluegrass Industrial Park to Demott Technical Solutions

- Represented MARS Holding Co., LLC in the purchase of an 8,000 SF building in Louisville’s Bluegrass Industrial Park

- Lease of 6,631 SF of Office Space for Crown Castle USA, Inc. at NTS Center

- 3,000 SF office lease to the Ott Communications Group

- Represented Brown Noltemeyer Co. in the sale of(3) 1,000 SF office condos

- Represented The Hartford Fire Insurance Co. in the lease of 1,503 SF of office space at the Hurstbourne Forum

- Managed the facility requirements for over 260 sales and customer service locations worldwide for EMC Corporation

- Directed the real estate process for a $31 million portfolio of 1.6 million SF for Liberty Mutual Insurance Company in North America
