Colliers Harry K. Moore identified and aggressively marketed the unique selling propositions of the building including signature building signage opportunities, large conference room facilities and lower level fitness center.

Colliers Harry K. Moore made listing known to regional and national office leasing tenant reps.

Results

Colliers Harry K. Moore leased 29,000 SF within the first months of the listing to a single tenant who was represented by a North Carolina tenant rep broker.   The same tenant soon expanded to over 35,000 SF. 

The building is now 100 percent leased.
