The property and facilities management portfolio of Colliers International totals over ten million square feet of office, retail, multi-family, storage and industrial properties located within the state of Arkansas.  The firm's client service personnel includes five Certified Property Managers (CPM) designated by the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), one Real Property Administrator (RPA) designated by Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), one Certified Self Storage Manager (CSSM), and two Accredited Residential Managers (ARM), designated by IREM.
