Real estate frequently represents 25% or more of an organization's assets.  Maximization of this asset value involves consideration not only of utility to the user, but also its adaptability and ultimate market value to future users.

Even the unsophisticated observer is able to discriminate between quality and inferior real estate development.  Our firm serves as project development manager from conception to completion, including leasing, in a broad array of product types.  Although the firm has developed over two million square feet of office space, all for investor or corporate clients, it has developed other product types, such as distribution and industrial warehouse complexes, retail shopping centers and other retail building and office/warehouse complexes.
