Colliers International | Kansas City was initially founded as Property Company of America in 1984 with a strong foundation based on two decades of knowledge and experience gained from past affiliations with companies such as Trammell Crow, Lincoln Property Company, and CB Commercial Real Estate Services. The company became The Winbury Group in 1989 in response to a rising need in the marketplace to provide commercial real estate services to third parties. Colliers International acquired an interest in the firm in 2010, thus partnering with The Winbury Group to form Colliers International | Kansas City.
