Pete Klaase, will represent Colliers as the Sr. Property Manager in the Jacksonville market. He has over 20 years of experience in commercial property management and recently worked with CB Richard Ellis for the past eight years as a Sr. Real Estate Manager with an office and retail portfolio. Prior to CB, Pete has worked with many disciplines such as office/warehouse parks, industrial parks, Class A and B office buildings, and condominium associations. His bachelor degree is from Memphis State University and he is affiliated with IFMA, NAIOP, and BOMA.
