Dickinson, president of Colliers Dickinson, formerly Walter Dickinson, Inc., has retired and sold his ownership interest to his longtime business partners and friends of many years.
These partners consist of Robert W. Selton, III, Hobart Joost, Jr., SIOR, Fran Pepis, Chuck Diebel, CCIM, Jason Ryals, and Matt Entriken. The company’s six leaders and new owners are expanding their responsibilities to maintain leadership continuity and to direct the company’s continued growth and success.
