Colliers Elitrade was instructed to let a unique building in the heart of Milan.

The building, constructed in 1926, is unique in the area in terms of its architectural value and the distinctiveness of its interiors.

In addition to the traditional marketing instruments like advertising campaigns in the main newspapers and on the internet, our team used its deep knowledge of Italian and international corporate clients who could be interested in the lease.

The three floors were let to two different tenants: the fifth floor was let to Innext S.r.l., a consultancy company in the ICT field, while the third and fourth floors were located to Delta Dator S.p.A., another consultancy company in the ICT operating in the same field. The building was let for € 290/sqm.
