Colliers Elitrade S.p.A. sold a prestigious XIV-century villa located on the hills of Bellosguardo, with superb views over Florence and the Tuscan hills. The building features elegant finishing and is surrounded by a superb park of over 12,000 sqm. It hosted important personalities like Galileo Galilei and the great poet Ugo Foscolo.

The property was part of a portfolio of 29 mixed-use properties owned by E.N.P.A.M., the Italian pension fund for doctors and dentists, which appointed Colliers Elitrade as real estate advisor in the sale process. The portfolio was sold through a private bidding procedure involving real estate operators and investment funds.

 
The 17,709 sqm (190,548.84 sqf) property was purchased by Pirelli RE Opportunities SGR SpA on behalf of its Social and Public Initiatives fund and provides high-quality office space.
