Colliers Elitrade S.p.A. was chosen to handle the sale of the Galleria Manzoni in Milan city centre, near the famous “Quadrilatero della moda”, one of the most exclusive areas of the city. This gallery is home of elegant shops (1,154 sqm – 12,417 sqf), the Manzoni cinema-theatre (6,322 sqm – 68,024.72 sqf), and 510 sqm (5,487.6 sqf) office space let to the Biagiotti group, one of the most famous fashion companies in Italy.

 
The property was owned by E.N.P.A.M., the Italian pension fund for doctors and dentists, who sold it together with other 28 properties in one of the biggest real estate spin-off realized in Italy. This portfolio was sold through a private bidding procedure involving major operators and investment funds.

 
The property was purchased by Pirelli RE Opportunities SGR SpA on behalf of its Social and Public Initiatives fund, for a total sale price of € 65 M (about $ 83 M).
