Colliers Elitrade S.p.A. was instructed by E.N.P.A.M., the Italian pension fund of doctors and dentists, to act as real estate advisor in the sale of a portfolio consisting of 24 commercial and residential properties located in various towns and cities across Italy.

Our team used its deep market knowledge and expertise to help maximize the seller’s return on investment. The portfolio was sold through a private bidding procedure involving various real estate operators and investment funds. 

The portfolio was acquired by four different entities: Pirelli RE, ALER (a major housing company), and the regional governments of Lombardy and Sicily.

The total sale price obtained was € 414 M (about $ 600 M).
