CFM System is a web-based facility management software for Colliers FM Clients to access all information in regards to their facility/property portfolio on a real time basis, including:

• Dashboard: summarizing everything happens in the portfolio in graphs for a quick glance
• Service Request: allowing new service request to be logged in on-line and allowing monitoring of previous service requests
• Preventive Maintenance: allowing review of maintenance schedules and findings from the inspections
• Property Portfolio: detailing all information on the facility/property portfolio of the Client
• FF&E: detailing all information of furnitures, fixtures and equipments of the Client
• As Built Drawing: providing direct access to the latest As Built Information of the facility/property portfolio
• Expenses: providing up-to-date information of all expenses incurred in regards to the property/facility portfolio
• Reports: providing quick access to all up-to-date reports related to the facility/property portfolio
