Arrive A Winner
CTMT is committed to the Central Indiana community. Our employees and associates volunteer their time with hundreds of organizations, many of which CTMT also supports financially.
We challenge all companies in Central Indiana to take an active role in voluntary and community service. It takes all of us, working together to make a difference.

Winners Walk Tall
The goal of Winners Walk Tall is to develop today's youth into tomorrow's Winners through character-building programs that teach fundamental values and skills. CTMT has been involved with Indianapolis Public School, Charity Dye Elementary School #27, for the past three years. We believe that educating the whole character of a child can make an inpact on his or her future.
Our volunteers spend time each week in 1st through 5th grade classrooms discussing a variety of moral and social issues pertinant to today's youth. Find out how your company can start its own Winners Walk Tall program, contact Melissa Todd - Program Coordinator for CTMT - Indianapolis at (317)639-0506, or visit the Winners Walk Tall website www.winnerswalktall.org.
The United Way of Central Indiana
An employee volunteer program is a company-supported effort to leverage organizational resources and engage employees in projects that target real community needs. Successful programs meet core business goals and address issues that affect a company’s ability to operate.
In 2003, CTMT surpassed its goal for donations, pledging more than any other year in the company's history. With 100 percent participation within the brokerage group, 98 percent of the Indianapolis office made donations.
